Cranford
Cranford, the Bafta and Emmy award winning BBCTV mini series, is a period drama starring Dame Judi Dench, Imelda Staunton, Julia McKenzie and Alex Etel and is produced by Sue Birtwistle and Kate Harwood. LMO recently completed recordings for Cranford series 2, which was recently broadcast on BBC 1.
LMO was privileged to be working for the first time with celebrated composer and conductor Carl Davis on his score for Cranford.

America
America, a Sony Pictures TV movie tells the story of a bi-racial boy named America with a painful history of family instability and sexual abuse. He is placed in a treatment center where Dr. Brennan (played by Rosie O’Donnell) helps him open up about his painful past and discover the support and courage he needs to get his life back on track. America was directed by Yves Simoneau and shot exclusively in Detroit, Michigan, USA. Composer Normand Corbeil recently recorded his score for America with LMO.

Crusoe
NBC’s new Crusoe series is based on Daniel DeFoe’s famous novel which was written in 1719. Filmed on location in Yorkshire, The Seychelles and South Africa, Crusoe is an action-packed period drama set in the 17th century, but with a contemporary take on race relations...
James Brett’s incidental music was recorded with LMO and the series has already started broadcasting in the US.
Red Riding 1983
A thrilling trilogy of films based on David Peace’s cult noir novels about Yorkshire during the 1970s and 80s. Barrington Pheloung composed the score and conducted the LMO for the final film which was directed by Anand Tucker.

Band of Brothers
This World War II miniseries first aired in 2001 on HBO and is still run frequently on various TV networks around the world. Executive produced by Stephen Spielberg and Tom Hanks, it tells the moving story of elite World War Two paratrooper unit, Easy Company. The soundtrack was composed by Michael Kamen and performed by LMO.
Lewis
Ever since the pilot episode of Lewis was aired in January 2006 and watched by 11.4 million viewers, it has followed in the footsteps of its parent series Inspector Morse and become one of ITV’s most popular dramas. Lewis has been off our TV screens for a while, but is due back, again with composer Barrington Pheloung and a third series in 2009.
Inspector Morse
Inspector Morse was LMO’s first ever engagement in 1987 - leading to 13 years and 33 episodes of recording which included many excerpts of classical music as well as Barrington Pheloung’s highly effective incidental cues for the films.
