Developing story with Alan Broadbent and LMO is released
Alan Broadbent’s new album Developing story, recorded with LMO at Abbey Road studio 1, has recently been released on the Eden River Records label.
Broadbent is a 2 time Grammy award winning jazz pianist, composer and arranger. During a hugely successful career, he has collaborated with many leading artists including Woody Herman, Chet Baker,
Natalie Cole, Diana Krall and Sir Paul McCartney.
Alan Broadbent (piano) recorded the album with his trio – Harvie S Bass and Peter Erskine Drums with LMO comprising 28 violins, 8 violas, 6 celli and 5 double basses, 10 woodwind, 11 brass, harp, 2 percussion and timps.
LMO was led by David Juritz and conducted by Alan Broadbent and the sessions were produced by Alan Broadbent and Ralf Kemper.
