LMO recorded Fast and Furious Live – the arena show with composer James Brett recently at Abbey Road studio 1.

Premiering at the O2 London, the show then embarks on a UK tour.

Fast and Furious is known as the franchise built on speed and is one of the most popular film series of all time, with 8 films so far.

The adrenaline-fuelled, two-hour show is set to be the most spectacular live arena production ever produced, featuring precision performance driving and new physics-defying stunts.

Fast and Furious live smallJames Brett wrote for 50 piece string section for 2 sessions and a 60 piece for another 2 sessions. Brass were involved in 3 sessions and comprised 6 horns, 3 trumpets, 4 trombones and tuba. There were also solo sessions for electric and acoustic guitars and timps. Janice Graham led LMO and orchestrations were by Adam Langston. James Brett also conducted the sessions which took place at Abbey Road studio 1 and were engineered by Andy Dudman.
